Holly has been a social worker for 13 years, having predominantly worked in child protection and looked after children teams. Holly has worked for Local Authorities but is joining Apex to assist children and their foster carers in a slightly different role. Holly is keen to advocate for children and young people in supporting them through their care journeys and assisting them and their foster carers in ensuring their care plans are meeting their needs. Holly likes to run (then reward herself with cake!) and has done 3 marathons, with 2 more booked for this year. Holly does parkrun and has recently got her son into attending Junior parkrun. She loves spending time with her son, and taking him to places and exploring.
